I love dates and I love the farmer’s market.  Sometimes I don’t feel like finding another outfit so why not style yourself once for both occasions!  Add a cute hat for the daytime and slide on a sandal so you can wander for the afternoon.   This dress is breezy enough so you won’t feel all covered up for the summertime. Jumpsuit round 2. Now I’m going to show you how to wear the same jumpsuit but casual. I went with the hippie vibe and added a head scarf, stacked on some bracelets & took off the blazer. I know everyone doesn’t want to wear a head scarf this way but there are many other ways to tie one, this is a great tutorial.

The jumpsuit.  I’ve been talking about this word for a while and I still don’t think it’s time to change topics.  I found this one at Forever 21 and can’t wear it enough.  It’s amazing because the torso is long enough for me and doesn’t look like my pants are where they’re not supposed to be. (Don’t be jealous that I have a long torso and short legs, seriously, I know how lucky I am).  To define your waist better it’s a good idea to belt this but if you’re feeling all relaxed and don’t care if you have a waist or not because you have a jumpsuit on and that’s all that matters then go for it.  I chose to style this little get up with some insanely high heels and a blazer to wear to something a little more professional.  Tomorrow I’ll show you how I wore this to go out for the daytime with a little more of a hippie vibe.

Goodbye Memorial Day and Hello Bathing Suit Season!  With that said, let’s discuss the bathing suit cover-up.  Many of us stay in our cover-ups the entire time our bathing suit is on, so obviously we need some cute options.   I’ve seen a ton of easy, breezy linen pants around the pool already.   So that’s a fun alternative to the short cover-up.  Also, I’m liking the short “sweater” type cover up that can double as a top for the evening. Holy Sandal Season.  There are so many shoes out there that are purchase worthy, I had to just pile them on the page.  First I thought I could show y’all a trend within the sandal classification- But I couldn’t leave out some of these fabulous finds! So, I’ll just mention a couple trends to look out for when purchasing your pedicure worthy, toe baring shoes.  1.The first trend to call out is the band.  It was hard to not find a banded sandal.  Most with a band at the top of your foot & with a color block option. 2.The second trend is shine.  A lot of shiny shoes, kids.  Don’t be afraid to wear these either…You don’t have to match them with anything, actually try to avoid matching a shiny pink shoe to a shiny pink shirt.  Might be a tad bit overboard (Please don’t do that). Instead just throw on a pair of bright metallic sandals with a neutral ensemble to give that pop of color.  I want to also mention my favorite sandal on the page which is the Loeffler Randall whimsically amazing star sandal.  I mean, if that doesn’t say buy me right now & dance around with a sparkler I just don’t even know who you are.  Okay, y’all have a fabulous weekend!  I am off to share my love of the summer wardrobe to others! Hi, Y’all!

Well it’s officially hot out.  Full blown mosquito filled evenings. So I have switched over to linen, sequins & bandeau tops. (I bought this bandeau for Lollapalooza last year bc I thought if I didn’t have one on they wouldn’t let me in #festivalstyle) (I had to look the part since I only knew like 4 bands) But I have gotten SO much wear out of it. Solid choice to pick one of these up…just to wear as a layering piece. 

This skirt has a light linen back but even if it didn’t it could still be styled with a casual tank similar to what I’m wearing or even more basic to make it a fun daytime outfit.

Hi Y’all!

I have been playing this game called how many ways can I wear a jcrew v-neck.  Everybody likes the laid back look with an easy tee so here is one extra outfit idea.  Pair your tee with a maxi skirt and jazz it up with some jewelry or wear as is.  I paired with my booties but will work with some wedges or flats.  I also found this insanely long string and kept wrapping it around my head until I officially had a headpiece.
